Job summary

Oscar Technology is seeking a Printer Engineer for field-based work in Leeds/West Yorkshire and surrounding Midlands regions. You will install, maintain and repair Toshiba e-STUDIO devices at customer sites, with travel to client locations and occasional Leeds office attendance.

The role requires proven photocopier servicing expertise, strong fault-finding and customer communication, plus a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience servicing and repairing photocopiers or multifunction printers.
• Strong fault-finding skills for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Able to manage service calls and travel to customer sites independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on photocopiers and multifunction printers.
• Provide preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Install and configure devices including drivers and network settings.
• Manage service calls and prioritise workload to meet response times.
• Keep customers informed and explain device features clearly.
