Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in a People Partner/HRBP role within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
• Experience embedding technology, CRM or digital capability programmes (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical people solutions that drive performance.

• Partner senior commercial leaders to deliver people strategies supporting business performance and growth.
• Act as trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness, culture, talent and capability.
• Build high-performing leadership teams and coach leaders through change.
• Develop succession planning, talent reviews and targeted development initiatives.
• Shape workforce strategies to strengthen commercial capability and sales effectiveness.
• Embed CRM platform skills and behaviours to maximise customer insight and sales performance.
• Use people data to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Drive transformation workstreams and collaboration across the sales community.
