Job summary

Asda in Brighton is seeking a Fieldbased People Partner to act as the trusted People partner to a Senior Director, supporting both strategic and operational people priorities across a significant business area.

You will oversee delivery of projects including business transformation programmes, operating model changes, organisation design, and performance/talent initiatives, combining strong partnering with practical change management and delivery expertise.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Director to develop and deliver people plans.
• Lead organisational design, operating model and change initiatives.
• Drive performance, talent and succession activities with leaders.
• Provide coaching and expert people advice to leaders.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Analyse people data to identify risks and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with People Services and COE to deliver a seamless people experience.
• Support core HR activities, ensuring policy and legislation compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement and simpler ways of working.
• Support leadership teams in shaping culture, values and behaviours.
