Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking a talented People Business Partner to support our Operations team across the UK. You will partner with Regional Directors and Operations Managers, guiding policy implementation and people initiatives while driving engagement and retention.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other HRBPs to ensure talent planning, change management and strong employee relations across 200+ schools and facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent collaborator with a flexible and agile growth mindset.

• Proven experience leading change and managing projects.
• Ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide true partnering service to Regional Operations Directors across 200+ schools.
• Support the People Director with strategic people initiatives and ensure delivery.
• Manage employee relations issues and empower stakeholders on complex cases.
• Support talent presence with succession planning and training initiatives.
• Guide managers on policy implementation and consistent application.
• Act as a positive change agent in transformation programmes.
