Job summary

Gastronomy Restaurants Ltd, a growing KFC franchise partner, seeks an experienced People Partner Lead to own and drive the People Plan across the restaurant estate. You will work closely with Regional Coaches, Area Coaches and managers to identify operational priorities and translate them into clear actions.

The role is field-based with regular travel and early starts. A full UK driving licence is required and the role involves visiting restaurants across the estate.

Qualifications

• Experience as a People Partner, HRBP or comparable role.
• Proven ability to work across multiple operational locations.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, logistics or other fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Evidence of owning and delivering People priorities with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive the People Plan across the restaurant estate.
• Work with Regional Coaches and restaurant managers to translate priorities into actions.
• Coach and challenge senior operational leaders.
• Monitor progress and ensure actions are completed.
• Lead engagement, retention, succession and workforce planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
