Job summary

Gastronomy Restaurants Ltd in the UK is seeking an experienced People Partner Lead to own the People Plan across our restaurant estate. You will work closely with Regional and Area Coaches and restaurant managers to translate operational needs into practical actions, coaching leaders and driving measurable improvements.

This is a hands-on, field-based role with no fixed base, requiring regular travel, early starts and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as People Partner or HRBP, deliveringPeople priorities with measurable results.
• Experience working across multiple operational locations.
• Background in hospitality/retail/leisure or fast-paced customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of time in restaurants visiting sites.
• Own and drive the People Plan across the estate.
• Identify trends/risks from data and observations.
• Turn priorities into time-bound actions.
• Coach and challenge senior operational leaders.
• Hold leaders accountable for completing actions.
• Build leadership capability and drive engagement and workforce planning.
• Support organizational change and transformation.
• Deliver leadership workshops and manager development.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
