Acosta Europe is seeking an Operations Executive in Woking to support data management, reporting and field operations for Heineken UK. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity, onboarding/offboarding, and delivering actionable insights for client teams.

You will manage retailer data, coordinate travel and fleet logistics, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment. A permanent, full-time position with competitive salary and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, administration or data management.
• Strong Excel skills and reporting ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Download and quality-check retailer sales data and maintain master data.
• Provide operational support including onboarding/offboarding and travel bookings.
• Create regular and ad hoc reports using Excel.
• Identify process improvements and support client needs.
• Coordinate fleet administration and route planning.
