Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a highly organised Operations Executive to join our growing team at the Head Office in Woking, with regular travel to Red Bull HQ in Covent Garden. In this permanent role you will support field teams, clients and internal stakeholders, contributing to accurate data, smooth onboarding and efficient operations.

You will download and quality check retailer sales data, maintain master data, run reports in Excel, and help improve processes.

Role: Operations Executive

Location: Woking - Acosta Europe Head Office - Plus Regular travel to Red Bull HQ in Covent Garden

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) + Client Based Performance Bonus

What You'll Be Doing

Data & System Management

• Downloading and quality checking retailer sales data.
• Maintaining accurate master data and supporting data integrity across accounts.
• Identifying and resolving data issues quickly with key stakeholders.
• Ensuring reporting systems are configured accurately for meaningful analysis.

Operational Support

• Supporting the onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers.
• Building, testing and maintaining field execution tools.
• Managing operational support requests through Manage Engine.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve field and client queries.
• Supporting field managers with meeting, travel and accommodation bookings.
• Assisting with fleet administration, hire car queries and fuel reconciliations.
• Supporting territory planning and route optimisation.

Reporting & Analysis

• Producing regular and ad hoc reports.
• Maintaining account call files and ensuring data accuracy.
• Using Excel formulas and reporting tools to provide operational insights.

Continuous Improvement

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
• Contributing ideas that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Supporting wider business and account objectives.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data.
• Strong in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• A confident communicator who can build relationships across multiple teams.
• Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and eager to improve processes.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding support and service.

Previous experience in operations, administration, reporting, business support, sales support, project coordination or data management would be advantageous.
