Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting a Field Operations Development Executive on a fixed-term contract (18 months, 35 hours per week). The role blends field engagement with data applications support across key markets, with hybrid working and monthly travel to Tamworth, Leeds and Hemel Hempstead.

You will support Field Sales with development of tools and training, build strong internal relationships, and drive process improvements while managing customer data across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Strong IT literacy including SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Ability to build strong internal customer relationships including managerial.
• High attention to detail.
• Confident problem solving and can-do attitude.
• Analytical skills with ability to translate into actionable steps.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Experience of working in fast-paced FMCG company at an operational level is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the Field Sales teams with development of sales tools, training and technical support
• Build, develop and maintain close working relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Identify and develop integrated solutions to drive improved ways of working and efficiency for field sales
• Management of customer data and maintenance across several system
