Job summary

Pure Talent Group is seeking an On-Track Maintenance Train Day Maintainer (Mechanical/Electrical) to cover Northampton and the East Midlands. You will maintain, service and inspect specialised rail equipment, with training provided and full field-based support.

The role offers a competitive £39,000–£43,000 DOE, paid overtime, a company van and fuel card, pension, and health cash plan. Permanent, full-time employment with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance and fault-finding experience.
• Time-served apprenticeship or relevant qualification.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance, servicing and inspections.
• Fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Support rail competence and training requirements.
• Maintain documentation and records.
