Job summary

Rubix is seeking a Mobilisation Specialist in the United Kingdom to accurately identify MRO components, tools and PPE on customer premises. The role requires frequent travel, nights away from home, and some remote work.

You will upload identifications to Rubix databases and support new site implementations while delivering tasks within tight deadlines. Applicants should demonstrate strong attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Identify specific MRO components, tools and PPE.
• A professional customer facing manner, acting as a true ambassador

Responsibilities

• Complete planned work within defined deadlines.
• Identification of at least 75 items per day of MRO components, tools and general maintenance items, and PPE, whilst accurately uploading onto Rubix databases with their correct unique identification references
• Cost and code products that require identification
• Support new customer site implementations where required to complete agreed scope of work
• Support any additional project when requested by Head of Mobilisation
