Job summary

Rubix is seeking a Mobilisation Specialist in the United Kingdom to accurately identify MRO components, tools, maintenance items and PPE on customer premises and upload them with correct references in Rubix databases.

The role involves travel, nights away from home, and some remote work where required, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and meeting tight deadlines. You will collaborate across teams to code items and support new site implementations.

Qualifications

• Identify 75+ items per day of MRO components, tools and general maintenance items, and PPE, with correct IDs.
• Strong MRO, tools and PPE knowledge.
• Professional customer-facing demeanor.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional structure and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned work within defined deadlines.
• Identify 75+ items per day and upload with correct IDs.
• Cost and code products that require identification.
• Support new customer site implementations to complete scope.
• Support additional projects as requested by Head of Mobilisation.
