Job summary

Nacro in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a Community Accommodation with Support role in Bognor Regis on a full-time fixed-term contract until 01 December 2027. You will deliver person-centred housing support, assess needs, assist with housing applications and welfare benefits, and help service users move towards independent living.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support or housing-related role.
• Experience working with vulnerable adults and individuals with complex needs.
• Strong communication, organisation and record-keeping skills.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential.
• Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Users: assess needs, create plans and assist with housing applications and rent payments.
• Property Management: ensure Decent Homes standards and address maintenance promptly.
• Collaboration: work with probation, court staff, housing providers and agencies.
• tenancy & independence support: enable move-on to independent living.
• Risk & safeguarding: identify concerns and document actions per policy.
• Record keeping & compliance: maintain timely case records and contractual duties.
