Flagship Housing is seeking a Housing Officer to proactively manage tenancy cases, support customers to sustain their homes, and deliver a responsive housing service with empathy and professionalism.

Based field-based across Mid and East Suffolk (Lowestoft to Woodbridge). Part-time 37 hours per week, permanent with a company vehicle. You will build relationships, assess needs, and act within housing policies and safeguarding guidelines.

Formación

• GCSE-level education (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a portfolio of tenancy cases and delivering proactive tenancy management.
• Building strong relationships with tenants and helping sustain their tenancy.
• Identifying customer needs and connecting them with appropriate support services.
• Managing safeguarding concerns, hoarding, property condition issues and customer wellbeing.
• Investigating and managing tenancy breaches and potential tenancy fraud cases.
• Ensuring services are delivered in line with housing legislation, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Working closely with Housing Manager and internal teams to deliver a customer-focused service.
