Job summary

KM Recruitment is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant (Apprenticeships) to work from home or field-based locations with travel across Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire. The role offers a salary of £27,000–£29,000 with uncapped bonus potential and full-time permanent employment.

You will proactively engage with businesses to promote apprenticeship programmes, build employer relationships, manage CRM outputs and deliver learner starts while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in employer engagement or business development, promoting Apprenticeships or employability programmes.
• Ability to overcome objections and work toward targets.
• Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage with businesses to promote Apprenticeship programmes.
• Develop and maintain employer relationships and maximise learner starts.
• Manage daily output using internal CRM systems.
• Conduct Organisational Needs Analysis to meet employer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions within timelines.
• Report sales data and insights regularly.
• Keep up to date with policy and funding changes and business expectations.
• Work towards revenue targets.
