Job summary

LT Selection is recruiting on behalf of a leading national apprenticeship and workforce development provider. You will be the Client Engagement Officer to support major employer accounts across the South of England, delivering engaging field activity and guiding employers and learners through onboarding.

The role is remote and field-based, with regular travel; you must reside in the South of England and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in employer engagement or workforce development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to convert engagement into learner starts.
• Willingness to travel across the South East & South West.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience using CRM and maintaining pipeline data.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with employer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Develop and deliver regional engagement plans for client accounts/sites.
• Run presentations, drop-in sessions, campaigns and on-site engagement events.
• Identify workforce-development needs and promote apprenticeship pathways.
• Generate learner interest and convert engagement into starts.
