Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager to advise and operate with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the last-mile network.

You will guide DSPs through startup and growth, collaborate with regional teams, and drive safety, compliance, and performance improvements. You will travel between sites weekly, support DSP owners, and help set strategy while coordinating with PAR, VAS, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in English-language communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders across teams.
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience working with third-party vendors or reliability/maintenance environments.
• Experience managing contingent workforce during peak seasons.
• Experience in account management or managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Partner with OTR Safety and OTR Regional Managers to ensure safety compliance.
• Performance: Guide owners as they scale their business and manage operational issues.
• Performance: Onboard new program members and assist with launch readiness.
• Performance: Coach and ensure effective use of AMZL tools.
• Performance: Identify opportunities to improve customer metrics.
• Capacity: Deliver ramp plans to meet peak volume demands.
