Job summary

Amazon Uk Services Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager to advise and partner with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the last mile network. The role focuses on guiding business owners, improving safety, capacity, and performance while collaborating with internal stakeholders to remove obstacles and drive DSP success.

The role requires significant travel between sites and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to align with DSP needs and peak periods.

Qualifications

Proven experience in English-language written and verbal communication.
Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships across teams and functions.
Experience in program management, logistics, operations, transportation, or equivalent.
Experience working with and managing third-party vendors or in reliability/maintenance environments.
Experience managing contingent workforce in a business with peak season.
Experience in account management or managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Safety: Partner with OTR Safety and OTR Regional Managers to ensure business safety compliance.
Performance: Guide DSP owners as they scale their business and manage operational issues, ensuring resources are in place to ramp up operations and prepare for peak period.
Performance: Onboard to the program and prepare for launch for net new DSPs.
Performance: Coach and upskill teams and ensure effective use of AMZL tools.
Capacity Management: Work with DSPs to deliver ramp plans and meet peak volume demands.
Voice of DSP: Represent DSPs within AMZL and align communications with OTR partners.
Driver standards: Improve driver standards to protect brand image.
