Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager to act as an advisor and operating partner for Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) within Amazon Logistics (AMZL). This field-based role requires significant travel to engage with business owners weekly and to align with internal stakeholders such as PAR, VAS, Legal, and fleet teams.

You will help DSPs scale, improve safety and compliance, and drive performance metrics while navigating peak periods and complex operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
• Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools such as Oracle BI, Salesforce or Tableau
• Knowledge of general AI tools and their applications
• Experience dealing with ambiguity, prioritization, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
• Experience with Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
• Experience in account management or managing customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Safety: Partnering with OTR Safety and OTR Regional Managers to ensure business safety compliance
• Performance: Guide owners as they scale their business and manage operational issues, ensuring ramp-up and peak readiness
• Performance: Onboard new program participants and prep for net-new launches
• Performance: Coach and uplift AMZL tools usage
• Performance: Deep dive to identify opportunities to improve customer metrics
• Performance: Champion consistent Last Mile processes within Delivery Stations
• Performance: Coach owners to run compliant, safe, high-performing companies (SLS metric focus)
• Experience: Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement network-level improvements
• Experience: Develop Amazon-DSP partnerships and sentiment improvements
• Experience: Align DSP communications with OTR partners
• Be the voice of DSPs within AMZL and represent them internally
• Experience: Improve driver standards to protect brand image
• Capacity Management: Develop ramp plans and pipelines to meet peak volume demands
