Job summary

Accord Appointments Ltd is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager for a prestigious client in the Oxford area. You will manage a portfolio of Delivery Partners, drive performance, and ensure contractual and service standards are met.

You will build strong relationships with partners, commissioners and internal teams, monitor trends, address underperformance, and lead improvement initiatives across the supply chain. Site visits and audits may be required, with a focus on participant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment, skills, employability or related sectors.
• Experience in operational management, supply chain management or partnership management.
• Experience of managing performance against contractual requirements and targets.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with Delivery Partners, employers, commissioners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Delivery Partners, ensuring they deliver high-quality services and meet contractual performance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Delivery Partners, commissioners and key stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, identify trends and risks, and take action to address underperformance and drive improvement.
• Lead and support Delivery Partners through performance management processes with clear expectations and improvement plans.
• Attend regular performance review meetings and ensure actions are delivered.
• Drive continuous improvement and capacity building across the Delivery Partner network.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve quality and performance.
• Conduct site visits and monitoring to ensure high-quality provision for Participants.
• Monitor contractual compliance and manage associated risks with Compliance and Audit colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and accreditations.
• Review and re-profile performance expectations for forecasting and resource planning.
• Represent the company professionally with commissioners and external stakeholders.
