Job summary

Multitask Personnel is seeking a Contracts Manager for field-based installations across a variety of sectors. You will own projects from handover to completion, liaising with clients and site teams on a mix of small works, maintenance and large-scale installations.

This permanent role offers £45k-£50k depending on experience, plus a company car or car allowance and a discretionary bonus. Nationwide travel, with occasional overnight stays, is required and there are clear paths for growth within a

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in fit-out or construction.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and client relationships.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from handover through to completion.
• Manage a varied portfolio of fit-out and installation projects.
• Coordinate with clients, site teams and subcontractors.
• Develop programmes and hit handover dates.
• Monitor costs to protect margins and manage valuations.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
