A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Small Works & Frameworks Contracts Manager to oversee multiple contracts up to £1m, ensuring delivery from inception to completion.

The role is office/site based with a 37.5-hour week, offering a car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension and life assurance. You will drive quality, safety and client satisfaction across projects.

Formación

• HND, NVQ, Degree or equivalent construction-related qualification, or qualified through relevant industry experience.
• Valid CSCS card (Black/Professional Qualification preferred).
• SMSTS certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and planning software, including Asta Powerproject.

Responsabilidades

• Manage quality, compliance, customer service, stakeholder engagement and commercial performance across multiple contracts.
• Identify project risks and opportunities, implementing effective mitigation strategies where required.
• Lead, support and mentor site managers, working foremen, tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, performance and delivery against programme objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, subcontractors and operational teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Oversee on-site and off-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to maintain contract controls and maximise project performance.
