Job summary

Recruit 4 Construction Ltd is seeking a capable Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of projects valued between £2 million and £5 million across the North West. You will provide leadership across multiple sites, manage programme, quality and costs, and build relationships with clients and consultants to drive improvements in delivery.

The role offers a permanent position with salary up to £70,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects for a main contractor.
• Strong construction and contractual knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive and decisive management style.
• Driving licence in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects from pre-construction to final handover.
• Taking overall responsibility for programme, quality and operational performance.
• Leading, supporting and holding site teams accountable.
• Reviewing programmes and implementing recovery plans where required.
• Building productive relationships with clients and professional teams.
• Working with the commercial department to control costs and manage risk.
• Ensuring subcontractors and suppliers meet standards.
• Identifying operational weaknesses and implementing improvements.
• Promoting a safety-led working culture.
• Maintaining clear communication throughout delivery.
