Job summary

Proactive Personnel Ltd is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to oversee field-based teams and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. The role is active, outdoors, with UK travel, and requires delivering toolbox talks, RAMS, and on-site training.

You will coordinate resources, monitor quality, lead briefings, and provide practical guidance across multiple sites. A full UK driving licence and CSCS card are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting field-based teams across multiple sites.
• Monitoring work quality and maintaining operational standards.
• Providing practical guidance, coaching and on-site support.
• Delivering toolbox talks, inductions and ongoing training.
• Carrying out site inspections and compliance checks.
• Assisting with mobilisation of new contracts and service rollouts.
• Preparing and reviewing RAMS and other operational documentation.
• Coordinating equipment, vehicles and operational resources.
• Responding to short-notice operational requirements when needed.
• Completing reports, audits and photographic records.
• Leading regular team briefings and performance discussions.
