The ideal candidate has extensive experience in contracts or project management within construction or manufacturing, excellent organisation, and strong communication skills. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contracts/project management within construction, manufacturing or installations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams/sites from planning to completion.
• Strong understanding of site operations, QA and safe systems of work.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and resolving issues.
• Ability to read drawings and work instructions.
• Excellent organisation, planning and deadline management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• Competent IT skills and use of project tracking systems.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel UK-wide.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee subcontract installation works from instruction to completion.
• Perform site visits to assess issues and variations and develop plans to resolve them.
• Coordinate subcontractors to meet plans, specs, timings and safety requirements.
• Monitor progress, quality, compliance and health and safety through visits.
• Carry out post-completion inspections to verify contract requirements and quality.
• Act as main operational contact for customers and resolve issues professionally.
• Provide regular progress updates to Operations Manager on workload and risks.
• Support office teams to ensure smooth contract delivery.
• Attend project reviews and subcontractor briefings as required.
• Provide cover during periods of absence when needed.
