Pertemps Bond is seeking a Field Based Business Development Manager to drive new business within the parcels, logistics and e-commerce sectors in the UK. You will own the full sales cycle, build a strong pipeline and influence earnings through success.

Competitive base (£50k-£60k), realistic OTE of £75k+ and attractive allowances create a high earning potential for a performance-driven hunter.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development or field sales.
• Experience in logistics, parcels, courier or e-commerce is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven and target-focused.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Generate and win new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to close.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers.
• Deliver presentations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate and win new customer contracts.
• Maintain CRM records and forecasts.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
