Pertemps Bond is recruiting a Field Based Business Development Manager in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on hunting new business within the parcels, logistics and e-commerce sectors, with autonomy to build territory, manage the full sales cycle and influence earnings through performance.

You will generate opportunities, build a robust pipeline, deliver presentations and close contracts, while maintaining CRM records and forecasts and striving to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Proven success within business development or field sales, evidenced by closing new accounts.
• Strong track record of winning new business.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven, target-focused and proactive in generating opportunities.
• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Generate and win new business opportunities.
