Field Based Business Development Manager

Business Developer / Sales Development Representative

Remote / Field-Based role. £30,000 base plus guaranteed £30,000 in your first year. Additional to this, a realistic OTE of £110K+ PLUS quarterly and annual bonuses. Uncapped commission scheme, with additional bonuses of up to £5K per quarter based on deals and revenue. NEW TESLA or £5K Car allowance.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join an industry-leading, award-winning Health & Safety, HR & Employment Law service provider, leading the market for over 80 years.

For this transformative opportunity, we seek a proactive, driven BDM with a proven track record in B2B sales, strong self-motivated lead generation skills, and an excellent consultative 'value-based' selling approach.

This role offers a guaranteed minimum of £60,000 with a realistic OTE of £110,000, with top performers earning over £150,000. A company car (featuring Tesla and other hybrid/electric vehicles) or a car allowance of £5,000 is included, along with generous quarterly bonuses, company holidays, and more!

What you'll be doing:

  • Attending face-to-face appointments booked by your telemarketing partners, with a motivation to succeed and close deals.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities, exploring new markets, and building prospective relationships.
  • Exceling in a high-energy, target-driven environment to achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining a sales pipeline proactively.

What you'll bring:

  • At least 2 years' experience with a successful track record in B2B sales. Industry-specific experience is not required.
  • Confidence in a consultative, value-based selling approach.
  • An adaptable mindset to changing audiences, with a personable demeanour to build rapport quickly with prospects including business owners, HR managers, and board members.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments, exceeding sales goals.
  • Previous field-based experience is essential.
  • Guaranteed £60K minimum, with a realistic OTE of £110K+.
  • Uncapped commission scheme, with bonuses up to £5K per quarter.
  • Four weeks of comprehensive industry knowledge training.
