Job summary

Pertemps in the UK is seeking a Field Based Business Development Manager to generate and win new business within parcels, logistics and e-commerce. You will own your territory and manage the full sales cycle, influencing earnings through success.

The package includes £50,000-£60,000 basic, £75,000+ OTE in Year 1, £6,000 car allowance, fuel reimbursement, quarterly bonuses and uncapped earning potential. This is a true hunter role with strong progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or field sales.
• Experience in logistics, parcels, courier, fulfilment or e‑commerce is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and win new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers.
• Deliver presentations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate and win new customer contracts.
• Maintain CRM records and forecasts.
