Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting for an Account Manager – C&C to lead a portfolio of customers and brands within the Route to Market team. You will drive commercial targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and execute brand plans across England and Wales.

The successful candidate will build relationships with Regional Controllers, Sales teams and Depots, travel weekly, and report to the Senior National Account Manager.

Qualifications

Experience in FMCG sales or manufacturing is essential.
Ability to build and execute customer plans that deliver results.
Strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations.
Proven track record in achieving budgets and growth targets.

Responsibilities

Direct responsibility for budget delivery aligned with growth plans.
Develop and execute joint business plans reflecting market conditions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to maximise commercial outcomes for customers.
Forecast demand and manage supply through S&OP processes.
Maintain high levels of accountability for plans and delivery.
Model growth culture and empower colleagues to act with trust.
