Job summary

Bradley Environmental Consultants, powered by Vadella, seeks experienced asbestos professionals for a field-based role in Livingston. You will perform surveys, analytics and consultancy to support our growing UK portfolio, working hybrid across sites with a knowledgeable technical team.

The role demands BOHS P402 and P403/P404 qualifications, a strong reporting background, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team. A UK driving license and DBS check are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Two years’ experience within the asbestos industry is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys in accordance with HSG264.
• Complete asbestos reinspection surveys and audits.
• Undertake asbestos air monitoring, four-stage clearances and analytical services per HSG248.
• Supervise licensed asbestos removal projects.
• Produce accurate survey reports and technical documentation.
• Provide professional technical advice and consultancy to clients.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and professionalism.
• Represent Bradley Environmental Consultants to the highest standard on client sites.
