Bradley Environmental Consultants – Powered by Vadella is seeking a Trainee Asbestos Surveyor in Livingston to join our field-based team. You’ll support experienced surveyors delivering professional asbestos surveying services while working toward BOHS qualifications.

Qualifications

• No asbestos experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to work toward BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Good IT and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting experienced surveyors with Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys in accordance with HSG264.
• Supporting asbestos reinspection surveys and audits.
• Learning asbestos air monitoring, four-stage clearance and analytical procedures in accordance with HSG248.
• Shadowing supervision of licensed asbestos removal projects.
• Assisting with the production of accurate survey reports and technical documentation.
• Developing your technical knowledge to provide professional advice and consultancy to clients over time.
• Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and professionalism.
• Representing Bradley Environmental Consultants to the highest standard on client sites.
