Job summary

The Opportunity Provider Ltd (TOP) seeks a proactive Sales Consultant to drive territory growth through field prospecting and relationship-building with local businesses across diverse industries. You will promote funded training and apprenticeships, secure meetings with key decision-makers, and manage a collaborative pipeline with a regional team.

Expect a base salary from £27,000 with commission, travel expenses, and full training provided.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with ability to meet enrolment or sales targets.
• Ability to develop new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Research region to identify B2B clients and opportunities for funded training and apprenticeships.
• Travel within region to meet local businesses and establish brand presence.
• Lead meetings with corporate decision-makers to present training solutions and close new business.
• Utilize outreach (phone, email, in-person) to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain CRM with sales activities and pipeline status.
• Coordinate with Area Managers to align sales with enrolment objectives.
