Job summary

The Opportunity Provider Ltd (TOP) is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive field-based growth across the region. You will be out in the field building relationships with local businesses, travelling to client sites, and representing TOP at regional events.

You will lead territory growth through proactive prospecting, meetings with corporate decision-makers, and close collaboration with the regional team. A base salary starts from £27,000 with commission and travel expenses, plus full training and

Experience in a sales role.
Experience in B2B development and lead generation.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

Prospect the assigned region to identify potential B2B clients and opportunities for funded training and apprenticeships.
Travel to client sites to meet decision-makers and present TOP’s training solutions.
Lead proactive outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits to hit monthly targets.
Maintain the CRM to log activities and track pipeline progress.
Coordinate with Area Managers and delivery teams to align sales with enrolment goals.
