You will manage a caseload, install, service, maintain and fault-find high-valueAssistive Technology equipment in homes and other settings, and provide remote technical support via the desk rota.

• Sound mechanical and/or electronic engineering skills.
• Experience in equipment maintenance, repair, configuration and field servicing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with individuals with complex needs.

Responsabilidades

• Install, service, maintain and fault-find high-value Assistive Technology equipment in clients' homes and other settings.
• Participate in a technical support desk rota providing remote assistance and troubleshooting.
• Repair, refurbish and recommission equipment to ensure safety and suitability for reissue.
• Undertake inspection and refurbishment of Assistive Technology equipment and provide technical advice to colleagues.
