Job summary

GFS (Global Freight Solutions Ltd) is seeking an Account Manager to manage mid-tier customers and build strong, profitable relationships across the South East of England. The role requires regular customer meetings, presentations, and travel to client sites.

You will act as the main point of contact, coordinate with multiple departments, and support onboarding of new mid-tier customers while driving upsell opportunities to grow account value.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or field-based sales environment.
• Proven ability to build long-lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong理解 of consumer behaviours and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-tier customers and act as primary contact.
• Present and review products and services with key customer contacts.
• Provide status reports on existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling to increase profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales to onboard new mid-tier customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely payments.
