Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve net growth and increase product penetration through cross-selling Daisy products into existing customers.
  • Ensure customer visits every 3 months for account reviews.
  • Increase product penetration across existing customer base with high product knowledge.
  • Pre-call opportunities 24 hours in advance with clear agendas.
  • Establish customer needs through effective questioning and engage specialists if needed.
  • Input meeting information into Daisy Central within 24 hours and send actions to customers.
  • Complete quotes via Daisy Central or provided templates within 48 hours of meeting.
  • Maintain high product knowledge to identify opportunities for customer efficiency improvements.
  • Deliver excellent account management to drive re-signs and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with support and specialist teams for high-quality service.
  • Raise and resolve service issues, communicating with customers throughout.
  • Follow up with customers post-case closure to ensure satisfaction.
  • Flag at-risk customers to management for appropriate action.

Qualifications:

  • Telecoms experience with large customers.
  • Experience in Account Management.
  • Understanding of commercial business objectives across verticals.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and ability to demonstrate them.
  • Ability to articulate Daisy’s vision, competencies, and product portfolio clearly.
