About this role:

We help independent restaurants go online and reach more customers, increasing orders and growing their businesses. You will support and advise our partners to optimize their performance and grow their orders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximize potential of existing restaurant partners through strong relationships
  • Educate partners on providing excellent customer service
  • Assist in onboarding new restaurants, ensuring visits within 14 days of going online
  • Prioritize order growth and mentor partners on achieving success
  • Use internal tools (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify growth opportunities

What you will bring:
