Job summary

Circet UK are looking for a Service Delivery Technician to join our team in Peterhead. This role involves organising daily schedules for Fibre installations, performing outdoor work in varying weather, and delivering high standards of customer service to residents and clients.

Full training will be provided in telecoms with emphasis on surveying, testing, and compliant safety practices. The successful candidate will conduct site inspections, participate in team meetings, and adapt to changing

Qualifications

Physically capable of demanding outdoor work, including climbing up to 15m and heavy lifting.
Full clean UK manual driving licence is required.
Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate.
Good understanding of health & safety practices.

Responsibilities

Organise daily/weekly work schedule for Fibre installations and repairs.
Work outdoors in a physically demanding role, completing multiple installations per day.
Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and stakeholders.
Perform full Fibre installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and provide risk assessments.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate to improve performance and customer experience.
Adhere to Circet safety standards and address potential risks in the field.
Resolve client complaints promptly and maintain strong relationships.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
