Job summary

Netomnia is seeking an Installation Engineer to join our Direct Labour Operations in Derry. You will install fibre connections at customer premises, uphold excellent customer service, and update our systems throughout the day. The role is full-time, with a 45-hour week including one Saturday per month as overtime.

We offer a competitive salary: £30,100–£34,000, plus a 20% target bonus and extra Saturday pay, with on-target earnings up to £39,000 per year. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fibre/telecoms field install work.
• Strong Health & Safety awareness.
• UK driving licence held for 12+ months.
• Willingness to work Saturdays with overtime.
• Good organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install fibre connections at customer premises.
• Ensure high standard of customer service.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in good order.
• Record work in relevant systems throughout the day.
• Adhere to H&S policies and company guidelines.
