Job summary

Areen Design, a London-based interior design and procurement studio, seeks a Procurement Coordinator – FF&E to lead end-to-end procurement for luxury projects in London. You will tender, source suppliers, and negotiate, managing POs, budgets and shipping to site.

The role requires 5+ years in FF&E procurement or related coordination, with strong organisational and supplier management skills. Office-based in Chiswick, London.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in FF&E procurement, purchasing or project coordination.
• Experience working with bespoke FF&E and furniture is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end FF&E procurement lifecycle for high-end interior projects.
• Tendering and quotation analysis, supplier sourcing and negotiation.
• Handle purchase orders, budget monitoring and expediting.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery to site ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and clients across multiple projects.
