Job summary

FOLIO in London is seeking a senior interior designer with strong FF&E expertise to lead high-end private residential interiors for a design-led practice. You will oversee the interiors from concept through installation, coordinate with consultants and makers, and manage sourcing, budgeting and specifications.

You will also present designs to clients, build strong supplier networks, and lead projects independently while working closely with directors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in interior design or architecture.
• Degree in interior design, interior architecture or architecture.
• Strong FF&E portfolio with private residential projects.
• Independent work style with client-facing experience.
• Established supplier network and procurement know-how.
• Hands-on joinery understanding and site presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead interiors on high-end private residential projects from concept through installation.
• Oversee furniture selection, sourcing, specification and budgets.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and makers; be a key client contact.
• Manage procurement processes and liaise with suppliers and fabricators.
