Job summary

Oliver Bonas is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to join Team OB this Christmas. You will be friendly, helpful and ready to deliver a fantastic customer experience, keeping the store running smoothly during our busy festive period.

The role requires an 8-hour minimum contract with overtime possible and flexible weekend availability up to and beyond Christmas, with contracts running until 3 January 2027. You will learn product knowledge, work as part of a supportive team and contribute to store

Responsibilities

• Provide a great customer experience in every interaction.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain strong teamwork and clear communication with colleagues.
• Participate in training sessions and apply learning on shift.
• Take ownership of tasks and set a good example for the team.
• Follow stock, health and safety, and replenishment procedures.
• Keep store clean, tidy and well-presented, including back of house areas.
• Assist with other store locations when required.
• Be aware of sales targets and monitor store performance vs targets.
• Know store best-sellers to support sales and featuring during peak periods.
