The Celtic Collection is seeking Casual Event Service Staff to join our team for festive season events across the UK. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during conferences, banquets, Christmas parties and large-scale events.

Join a dynamic team, provide friendly service, and help ensure events run smoothly while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Training is provided, and flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic and friendly approach to customer service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume events environment.
• Flexible evenings, weekends and throughout the festive period.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to get involved wherever needed.
• Calm and professional under pressure.
• Full training provided; prior hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient food and beverage service at conferences, banquets, Christmas parties and large-scale events.
• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional approach.
• Serve and clear food and beverages quickly and accurately while maintaining high service standards.
• Support event set-ups, room turnarounds and close-down procedures.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of events.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Respond to guest requests to create a memorable visitor experience.
• Contribute to an energetic atmosphere during events.
