Job summary

The Celtic Collection in Caerleon, United Kingdom, is seeking Casual Event Service Staff to support Christmas parties, conferences and large events. You will deliver food and beverage service to guests as part of a large team during the busy festive season.

You should be friendly, energetic and focused on customer service, with flexible availability for evenings and weekends. Full training is provided; previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

Deliver efficient food and beverage service at conferences, banquets, Christmas parties and large-scale events.
Welcome guests with a friendly and professional approach.
Serve and clear food and beverages quickly and accurately while maintaining high standards of service.
Support event set-ups, room turnarounds and close-down procedures.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of events.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
Respond positively to guest requests and help create a memorable experience.
Contribute to the energetic atmosphere that makes our events successful.
