Job summary

Scotsman Hospitality is seeking a Chef de Partie in Glasgow to support Head and Sous Chefs in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will help develop menus, maintain kitchen standards, and mentor junior staff while ensuring food safety and consistency.

Qualifications

• Passion for food with a creative flair.
• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team player with strong communication and ability to work under pressure.

• Desire to learn and develop kitchen skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to high standards.
• Collaborate with team to develop new dishes and seasonal menus.
• Oversee your section, maintain cleanliness and health and safety compliance.
• Assist in stock control and minimize waste.
• Train, supervise, and motivate junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
• Support service during busy periods with smooth operations.
