Scotsman Group is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will be part of a team dedicated to memorable dining experiences across our venues.

Prepare and cook to exacting standards, collaborate on new menus with seasonal ingredients, and oversee your section to ensure safety, cleanliness and efficiency. A Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate is required and a passion to learn is essential.

Qualificações

• Passionate about food with a creative flair and ready to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen.
• Team player with strong communication under pressure.
• Keen eye for detail to maintain quality and presentation.
• Desire to continually learn and develop culinary skills.
• Knowledge of food safety rules and Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to high standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and menus with seasonal ingredients.
• Oversee your section, ensuring cleanliness, organization and safety compliance.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen stock levels and minimize waste.
• Train, supervise, and motivate junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
• Take responsibility for service dishes, liaising with Head Chef during busy periods.
