Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Creativity and willingness to develop new dishes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and menus, ensuring creativity and seasonal ingredients.
• Oversee your section, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Train, supervise, and motivate junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
• Take responsibility for preparing dishes for service, liaising with the Head Chef during busy periods.
