Crgh in London is seeking a Nurse Admin to provide efficient, patient-centred administrative support for the fertility nursing team. You will coordinate appointments, manage prescriptions and patient records, and respond to enquiries while supporting the safe progression of treatment under registered nurses.

You will work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, embryologists and admin colleagues, prioritise workload, and maintain strict confidentiality in a busy clinical environment.

Qualifications

• A Level or NVQ qualifications required.
• Experience in clinical or patient-facing admin preferred.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centred administrative support to fertility nursing team.
• Coordinate treatment appointments, manage prescriptions and patient records.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and portals; escalate clinical queries as needed.
• Maintain electronic patient records with timely documentation of communications and results.
• Escalate symptoms or concerns to clinical staff promptly and appropriately.
• Ensure GDPR/HFEA and clinic policies are followed; maintain confidentiality.
• Support with chaperone duties, training, PPE, and infection control procedures.
