Care Fertility is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support patients throughout their fertility journey. You’ll work with nurses, midwives and clinicians to ensure safe, compassionate care from consultation to treatment in a London clinic.

The role involves 37.5 hours per week, full-time, with a Saturday rota and a permanent contract. You’ll provide practical and emotional support, maintain records and participate in continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient-facing healthcare or care environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Provide clear, supportive information to patients regarding their treatment plans.
• Manage patient enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and electronically.
• Deliver a welcoming, compassionate and inclusive patient experience.
• Offer empathy and emotional support throughout the patient journey.
• Signpost patients to counselling and support services where appropriate.
• Assist with day-case procedures and patient recovery.
